Public Disclosure Statement

In accordance with IRS requirements for tax-exempt organizations under
Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), Nevada TSA makes its annual
returns (Form 990 series) and its original IRS exemption application
(Form 1023 or Form 1024) available for public inspection.

Requests for inspection or copies of documents will be responded to
within a reasonable time in accordance with IRS guidelines. Electronic
copies may also be provided upon request.
